“I have used the editing services of Maria Morris. I was extremely impressed with her dedication to the project and her desire to make the finished product perfect. I was in receipt of a 70 page detailed technical report, which I had originally created. My finished product had been exactly appropriate as a deliverable. An account rep had butchered the report by adding large sections and paragraphs from another totally unrelated report not even on the same topic which he, with a salesman’s knowledge, deemed appropriate. Additionally he had deleted whole sections and words necessary to support methodology and reasoning in the report and then gave it to the customer as a draft – not the finished product which I had created. By the time I received it back as a problem, the customer had already been livid for three weeks and the Account Rep kept calling it my report. It wasn’t a matter of just producing my original document. I had to note every point at which he had changed my document in order to understand the customer’s confusion, and then I had to smooth and calm the confusion on each point where he had created it. And I had to do it fast! Due to the extreme need for a quick turn around and knowledge of the situation, Ms Morris gave up an entire Sunday to assist me in returning the document back into a professional and reasonable condition. At the same time, she assisted in pinpointing and weaving my answers to the specific questions the customer had voiced.”
